Welcome to Tailz Services Inc. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Tailz Services Inc provides dog daycare, grooming, and related pet care services. All services are subject to availability and may require a reservation.

2. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your pet(s), including health conditions, behavioral issues, and vaccination status

• Ensure your pet is up to date on all required vaccinations

• Drop off and pick up your pet on time

• Follow all posted and communicated policies regarding cancellations, late pickups, and safety

We reserve the right to refuse service to pets that are aggressive, ill, or not properly vaccinated.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

4. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept [cash, card, or other payment methods]. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet, you acknowledge that:

• Tailz Services Inc is not liable for illness, injury, or death due to pre-existing conditions, unforeseeable incidents, or actions by other animals

• You are financially responsible for any damage or injury your pet causes while in our care

We strongly recommend all pets be covered by pet insurance.

6. Media Release

Unless you request otherwise, you grant us permission to use photos or videos of your pet taken during their visit for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing materials.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the site is the property of Tailz Services Inc and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
