PET SPA APPOINTMENTS

To Book An Appointment:
- Select the service type with corresponding the size of your pet.
- Select your Pet Stylist or select 'no preference' at the bottom if you would like the next available appointment.
- Select the desired date and time of your appointment.
Ensure your email address is correct. You will receive a confirmation email within a couple of minutes of booking the appointment as well as a reminder email 48 hours in advance.

Our Booking Policies:
- One pet per appointment slot.
Incorrectly sized pups will need to be rescheduled as our Pet Stylists need appropriate time allocated to complete the groom.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to fill out any required paperwork.
Late arrivals will be charged a $19.99 rush fee (more that 15 minutes past your appointment time.) We do our best to keep on time for our grooming appointments, showing up late means that we will likely have to allocate extra resources to having late arrival done in a timely manner.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so in your confirmation email. There is a link to cancel/reschedule that allows you to provide us with an explanation. Ensure you press okay. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation. We get that unexpected events may happen, however his is how our Pet Stylists make their living and we ask that our clients respect that.
A minimum of 24 hours in advance notification is required if you are cancelling or rescheduling appointments.
No shows will be charged a $30 fee. This must be paid prior to rebooking. A prepayment of $25 will also be required when booking the next appointment. This prepayment will be applied towards your next groom.
