At Tailz Pet Resort, we do things a little differently—kindness, calm care, and a whole lot of love guide everything we do. Tailz isn’t just a resort—it’s a place for pets, their humans, and our team to connect, explore, and have fun together. From playful zoomies to quiet snuggles to moments of encouragement, every interaction is about making pets feel safe, happy, and at home.

Our Story
A "Woo" to Marley
I’ve loved animals my whole life. Growing up, dogs weren’t just pets—they were family. Birthdays were celebrated complete with cake of course, snuggles were mandatory, and every wag was a reason to smile. That love stayed with me, and it’s what led to Tailz.
Then came Marley, my husky-shepherd rescue with a personality bigger than life. She was full of energy, curiosity, and mischief, and I quickly realized she needed a safe, happy space to channel her boundless joy. Creating that space for her became my mission—and Tailz was born.
Running Tailz has been a wild, amazing learning journey. I’ve learned the ins and outs of business, faced challenges I never expected, and celebrated victories along the way - all while raising three boys. But at its heart, Tailz is still about the animals: giving them love, providing structure, and letting them have fun. It's the kind of care that makes both pets and their families feel at home.
Today, Tailz is a community built on trust, joy, and connection. Every wag, purr, and playful zoom reminds me why it was all started—and why we keep going: to give pets a place to be themselves and families the peace of mind they deserve.
